BYU had a Silent Film night we went to as a family. Gabe, Ali and Eden dressed up along with several others and got their pictures taken. They had a preshow with Charleston dancers and a great Dixieland Band. There was a sing along to slides actually used in the 1920s.The film they showed was Buster Keaton's, The General, with a live soundtrack by a talented man at the Wurlitzer organ. We had so much fun! The crowd was really into it- cheering for the hero and booing and hissing at the villains. It was a blast of the past and we really enjoyed it.

What hams! I love Eden's cute little head. A chip off the old "Mommy block"! We would have loved to have you here for our crazy, huge, egg hunt! At least we had twenty-four cousins here. Not too shabby. :)
What a blast! It reminded me of the fun films/shows they would do at the old Paramount Theater in Oakland. Very cute pictures of those dressed up.
